- I am a Christian, love my Lord, wife and Mom to 5 children who have flown the coup, have their own families now and have blessed me with seven grandchildren. I am new at this....scared to death as I have no idea what I am doing....but I loved looking thru so many blogs of women who are just like me......trying in our small ways to make this a better Earth and nicer place to live. So hopefully you will bear with me as I get started and pass thru this mediam......This is such a great network...... I have just finished with a year and 1/2 treatments of chemo ...finished one 6 months..was off 3 months and cancer returned. diagnosed with Chronic Lymphcytic Leukemia...CLL. now takiing Hemoglobin once a month for immune system. God has blessed me with many Angels who have me help me lift my wings.. to continue to fly since my diagnosis 9/21/07. A big shock, but you have to get back up and remain strong. I am now in remission....it is treatable but not curable. I thank God for his love and getting me thru my journey so far.
